DANBURY, CT (AP) -

Western Connecticut State University will be hosting public calling hours for a 22-year-old airman killed in Afghanistan last week.

The calling hours for Todd "T.J." Lobraico are set for 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday at Feldman Arena at the O'Neill Center, which is also the site of his funeral at 11 a.m. Friday at the Danbury campus.

Lobraico was a member of the 105th Security Forces Squadron of the New York Air National Guard. He died Sept. 5 after his unit was attacked near Bagram Airfield. He was on his second overseas deployment after joining the Guard in 2008.

Lobraico was from New Fairfield, Conn., and was studying justice and law administration at Western Connecticut.

His body arrived at Stewart Air National Guard Base in Newburgh, N.Y., on Wednesday.
