3 arrested in connection to West Haven car break-ins

WEST HAVEN, CT (WFSB) -

Three men have been arrested in connection to car break-ins that were reported in West Haven early Thursday morning.

Around 4 a.m. police received a complaint from a resident that three people were using a flashlight and looking into vehicles.

Police responded to the area and found Marcal Gholston, 27, Raheem Kelly, 22, and Chaz Gray, 24, all of New Haven.

Police said they had numerous GPS units among other items that were taken from vehicles.

Police said also had burglary tools.

Gholston and Kelly were charged with larceny, interfering with police, tampering with a motor vehicle and possession of burglary tools.

They were held on $5,000 bond.

Gray was arrested for larceny and was held on $500 bond.
