A silver alert has been issued for a Manchester woman who hasn't been seen since Tuesday.
Connecticut State Police said Latoya Dunn, 33, left the state with two small children and said her mental status was in question.
However, police said, the children were located at a hospital in New York City, but Dunn remains missing.
She's described as a black female who stands 5'6" tall and weighs 165 pounds.
Police said she may still be in the NYC area, or may beheading back to Connecticut.
Anyone with information about Dunn's whereabouts is asked to call police.
