WALLINGFORD, CT (WFSB) -

The Wallingford Police Department is searching for a man accused of robbing a bank Thursday morning. A reward is being offered for any information for a conviction in the case.

A masked man entered the First Niagara Bank, located at 316 Main St., and "vaulted the counter," around 9:30 a.m., police said.

The suspect "emptied one of the cash drawers" and fled the bank with an undetermined amount of money, police said.

Police said no weapons were displayed during the robbery.

No injuries were reported.

The suspect was wearing an all gray sweatsuit with the hooded sweatshirt pulled tight around the face, a surgical/dust style mask and clear latex gloves.

The Connecticut Bankers Association offered a $2,000 reward leading to an arrest in the case.

Anyone with any information about the robbery is asked to call the Wallingford Police Department at 203-294-2805. All calls will be kept confidential.
