WILLIMANTIC, CT (WFSB) -
Police seized 80 grams of marijuana and two people were arrested at an apartment in Willimantic Wednesday.
Following a month-long investigation, officers executed a warrant at a residence in the 100 block in Union Street.
Inside the home, police found marijuana packaged for sale, drug paraphernalia and $1,100.
Hector Ramos, 50, and Lydia Pedraza, 56, were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of school and operation of a drug factory.
Police said this is not the first drug arrest for Ramos and Pedraza. They were both arrested for selling marijuana in November 2012.
