Futurecast is showing some light rain in the mountains at 7am (see image) as a cold front moves in. I do think the rain should be on the light and SCATTERED side! Many Upstate spots might even miss out on the rain totally, since the front will be weakening a lot as it moves in, and there won't be a ton of moisture. Regardless, we'll see plenty of clouds late tonight and tomorrow morning, then the few showers that push through should be out by midday.
By Thursday afternoon it will become breezy and skies will slowly clear. A north wind will take over, gusting to around 20 mph. Thursday night will be colder in the 30s for overnight lows area-wide, with winds lightening up through the night.
Friday-Sunday looks awesome! Lots of blue sky and cooler temps. Highs will be around 60 in the Upstate on Friday, then mid 60s for the weekend. Lows will cool into the 30's area-wide Friday and Saturday nights.
