Metro fire officials believe an apartment fire in Antioch on Sunday night may have been a case of arson.
Firefighters responded to the fire call around 9 p.m. at a building that was under construction near the intersection of Blue Hole Road and Antioch Pike.
The building provided a bright orange glow that was visible at least a half-mile from the site.
Officials said the complex was under construction and did not have electricity, water or gas. The lack of water hampered firefighting efforts.
"It was definitely an arson-type fire," said Nashville District Fire Chief Paul King. "We didn't have any electricity, water or gas issues up there at all. It didn't start on its own."
