An Elyria daycare worker accused of having sex with two infants was indicted on kidnapping and rape charges Thursday in court by a grand jury.

Heather Koon, 25, was indicted on 4 counts of rape and 12 counts of kidnapping.

Koon is also facing charges for 4 counts each for pandering obscenity involving a minor, pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor and illegal use of minor in nudity-oriented material or performance.

Police say they have video of Koon having sex with a baby. The video was found on Koon's laptop.

Koon's boyfriend, James Osborne was also charged in connection with the case.

Police arrested Koon after checking up on her boyfriend, Osborne. Osborne is listed on Lorain County's sex offender website as living at another address.

Police arrested him and confiscated a laptop found in the apartment. A police report shows it belonged to Koon and contained a video file of her "engaging in sexual conduct with an unknown infant".

Koon was an employee of ABC Kidz Daycare in Elyria prior to the incident.
