Ludlow resident arrested for threatening to shoot another man

LUDLOW, MA (WSHM) -

A Ludlow man was arrested after police said he threatened to shoot another man.

The 19-year-old victim told police a man approached his car around 9 a.m. in the parking lot of a Hubbard Street apartment in Ludlow, showed a gun and threatened to shoot him several times. The victim said Evan Nyman eventually fled the scene.

Springfield and state police arrested Nyman after they found his car at a barber shop on Parker Street in Springfield.

Nyman was brought back to Ludlow and charged with assault and threat to commit a crime. He is being held on $10,000 bail.
