Witnesses sought in deadly New Haven crash

NEW HAVEN, CT (WFSB) -

Police in New Haven are looking to the public for help with the investigation into a deadly crash in the city last Friday.

Two people were killed and a third was seriously injured when the vehicle they were traveling in slammed into a utility pole on Howard Avenue and came to rest against the building owned by Yale-New Haven Hospital.

New Haven Police Sgt. Rose Dell said anyone that may have seen the crash, or saw the vehicle's movements before it, should call investigators at 203-946-6304.
