The CEO of Mohegan Sun in Uncasville will make his debut Friday on the hit CBS show "Undercover Boss."

The episode will feature Bruce "Two Dogs" Bozsum.

"I was nervous.  I watch the show.  I'm a fan. I've been watching it for five years," Bozsum said. "What boss wouldn't be nervous walking in and being undercover waiting to hear good things, bad things."

He said he took on the role of "Sam," an old biker who landed a job at the casino.

Bozsum said he received a makeover so convincing that his own son didn't recognize him.

"We took drastic measures," he explained. "Took out a big razor, shaved my head to the skin. Put on a huge beard, mustache, tattoos, glasses, bushy eyebrows. Changed the whole look."

It was a role that he also played at Mohegan's casino in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

The show gives company executives a chance to go "undercover" to see how their companies work. It also allows them to mingle with employees who might not get to meet them and look for potential improvements to the atmosphere.

Bozsum said they filmed the episode in September. He was Tribal Chairman at the time, which meant he was the leader of the management board that overseas the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority.

He no longer holds that position, but he is still CEO.

At the end of the show, Bozsum was able to reveal himself to his employees.

"The lesson that you come away with is no matter who you are, the level of work in your life when you leave your job, we all have family problems," he said, "we all have health problems, we all have things going on in our life that we have to deal with."

The episode airs at 8 p.m. Friday on Channel 3 and CBS.
