Arizona health leaders say flu activity in the state is now considered widespread.
That's the highest category possible, with flu cases being reported in all 15 counties.
Health officials said most flu cases are the 2009 H1N1 virus.
Arizona is not alone - 40 other states are reporting widespread activity.
If you catch the flu, health officials recommend staying home, getting lots of rest and drinking plenty of fluids.
