Playtex is recalling more than 1 million pacifier clips that were sold across the country because they pose a chocking hazard.
Officials said the holder clips can crack and small parts can break off posing a chocking hazard. So far more than 90 reports of holders cracking or breaking have been received, though no injuries have been reported.
The clips were sold nationwide at several major retailers including Walmart, Babies-R-Us, Target and also online at Amazon.com for around $3.
They were sold in three different styles, green with a monkey figure, pink with a flower and blue with a tow truck. All three styles have the word "Playtex" printed on the slide part of the clip.
Consumers who have the holders should immediately take them away from infants and contact Playtex at 888-220-2075 or via their website here for a full refund.
