Customized services and support to maximize security solutions

BROOKFIELD, Wis., Feb. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- RF Technologies®, a leading provider of RFID healthcare safety and security solutions, has announced revised service level agreements for Code Alert®  Senior Living Solutions and Safe Place® Patient Safety Solutions, allowing customers to maximize their safety and security.

RF Technologies' refreshed service level agreements allow customers to protect their investment and increase the longevity of their Code Alert or Safe Place system. They offer three levels of protection plans to meet customer's specific system and service needs:

Basic: base-level package with functional inspection service and discounted parts and labor
Extended: best for facilities with in-house maintenance staff with full parts coverage and discounted labor
Complete: complete suite of services with full parts and labor coverage

Plans are available in one-to-five-year packages. All plans come with RF Technologies' after-hours Level 2 technical phone support, available 24/7/365.

One of the new services included with each plan is proactive Remote Monitoring Services (RMS) achieved through a secure, high-speed Virtual Provider Network (VPN) connection to RF Technologies' own Network Operation Center (NOC). This advanced technology service assists in identifying and correcting system issues before they affect the overall performance of the Code Alert or Safe Place system.

RF Technologies will showcase Safe Place solutions at upcoming national trade shows: Assoc. of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) from Feb. 28-Mar 1 and Planning, Design & Construction - American Society for Healthcare Engineering (PDC-ASHE) in booth 1001 from Mar.16-19. The shows are in Anaheim, Calif. and Orlando, Fla., respectively.
