TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

A Toledo man was indicted on a charge of manslaughter by a Lucas County grand jury after police say he killed a man in a fight outside a Toledo bar.

Police say Curtis McDuffey Jr., 31 assaulted William Moore in the parking lot of Chuck's on Monroe on April 28. Moore later died, and a coroner ruled his death a homicide.

Documents filed in Toledo Municipal Court say McDuffey admitted to assaulting Moore.
