PD: 2nd arrest made in Enfield Target arson

ENFIELD, CT (WFSB) -

The Enfield Police Department arrested the second person in connection with setting fire to a Target and then shoplifting items from the retail store.

Danishia B Thomas, 25, along with 19-year-old Erica Lynn Anderson, both of Enfield, were caught on surveillance cameras in the seasonal paper goods section of the store on the night of Jan. 27.

Anderson was arrested on Wednesday while Thomas was arrested on Thursday. Both were charged with second-degree arson, second-degree conspiracy to commit arson, first-degree reckless endangerment, sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy to commit larceny.

Both were arraigned on Enfield Superior Court this week and due back in court on March 19.
