KINGMAN, AZ (CBS5) -

Authorities in northwest Arizona are trying to locate a 77-year-old man who hasn't been seen or heard from since April 1.

Roger Jacobson, who suffers from dementia, was seen leaving his home in the 1500 block of East Devlin Court in a dark green 2001 Ford Windstar van on March 31. The Arizona license plate number is AVC 9598.

Deputies said they learned that a red pickup truck with two Indian males was seen speeding out of Jacobson's driveway the morning of March 31.

The next morning, sheriff's deputies said Jacobson made a purchase at the Safeway on Stockton Hill Road at Gordon Drive.

Relatives of Jacobson said he drove to a neighbor's house in Kingman on April 1. He told the neighbor he was upset about a purchase he made and the drove off in his green Ford Windstar van, which was the last time he was seen.

Jacobson likes to fish and many of his friends have searched his favorite fishing spots but have not been able to locate him.

Jacobson is described as 5'10" tall and weighs 165 pounds. He has brown eyes and gray and brown hair.

People with information on either his whereabouts or the red truck seen leaving his driveway is asked to contact the Mohave County Sheriff's Office at 800-522-4312 or 928-753-0753.
