A donations page has been established for a Casa Grand Union High School student killed in a car crash April 13.

Classmates established the page at the GoFundMe website for 16-year-old James Seaton. A pin sale and car wash was at Casa Grande Union High school from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday.

Seaton and four other teens were hospitalized after their car collided with an SUV on Maricopa/Casa Grande Highway near Bianco Road at 12:12 a.m.

The five were in a Chevrolet Impala and were ejected after it crashed into a Chevrolet Silverado, according to Casa Grande police spokesman Thomas Anderson.

Anderson said the car's driver Randy Puerner, 19; Justin Harrington, 17;  Dakota Repass, 16, and Anthony Brooks, 16, were airlifted to Phoenix area hospitals. Their conditions were not known.

Jennifer McGee, 34, of Maricopa, was driving the Silverado and suffered serious injuries, Anderson said.

Investigators said they believe the Impala was heading east when it entered a westbound lane and speed might have been a factor.
