Police are investigating the death of a 17-year-old who was found in Prescott Valley with multiple gunshot wounds late Wednesday night.
The Prescott Valley Police Department said officers responded to the 8400 block of Tracy Drive just before 11 p.m. Wednesday for reports of shots being fired in the area.
Officers found the 17-year-old with multiple wounds and he was taken to Yavapai Regional Medical Center East Campus and later flown to Banner Good Samaritan in Phoenix where he died from his injuries, police said.
The victim's name has not been released at this time.
