A man charged with homicide in connection with a 2013 boating death was denied bond Thursday.
Joseph Webb is charged with homicide by vessel in the death of 25-year-old Shana Crozier in connection with a 2013 boating accident.
Crozier was riding in a friend's boat when she hit her head on a train trestle and died.
A Georgia Dept. of Natural Resources investigator said detectives believe Webb was intoxicated when the accident happened.
Webb was indicted on Wednesday by Bryan County grand jury on charges of homicide by vessel and with lying to officers about his identity.
