Mad Mike's Killer Chili People's Choice recipe

Ingredients:

                2 Lbs 70/30 ground hamburger

                1 Tube sausage

                5 pieces bacon

                1 onion chopped fine

                3 tomatoes chopped fine

                1 green, red, yellow, 3 jalapeno pepper chopped fine.

                2 clove garlic smashed

                2 7 oz cans Goya tomato sauce

                4 T cumin

                1 t each of New Mex hot and mild chili powder

                1 t each of California hot and mild chili powder

Directions:

               Add bacon to a 4 qt pot. Cook until crisp…reserve the bacon, leaving the oil in the pot.

                Add hamburger and tube sausage and cook until ¾'s way done.

                Add all of the vegetables cook for 15 minutes.

                Add the tomato sauce.

                Cook for 45 minutes

                Add chili powder's

                Adjust for salt or heat
