GREENSBORO, N.C., May 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Lorillard, Inc. (NYSE: LO), the third largest tobacco company in the United States, announced today the declaration of a quarterly dividend on its common stock in the amount of $0.615 per share.  The dividend is payable on June 10, 2014 to stockholders of record as of May 30, 2014.
