Easy Boneless Country Pork Ribs with Chef Plum of PlumLuvFoods.com
1. Liberally rub the ribs with olive oil, then coat with the seasoning a little lighter on the chili powder
2. Wrap in foil and cook in a pre-heated oven at 400 for 2hours.
3. Remove and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
4. Slather in sauce and love em!
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 tbl cumin
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 tbl lemon zest
Combine all ingredients and mix well
