GALLATIN, TN (WSMV) -

A Gallatin man has been arrested after allegedly lighting a storage shed on fire and threatening to "blow up" his roommate.

Police say 39-year-old Johnny Thomas "Dink" Whited started the fire at 117 W. Hite St.

Officers say the shed was fully engulfed in flames and there was evidence that Whited also tried to set fire to the home at the address.

Whited was found hiding in the bushes behind the home and has been charged with aggravated arson.
