Toledo neighborhood has been hit by a strange kind of theft. Now a south Toledo
block watch is warning residents to guard their aluminum downspouts.

aluminum. Thieves are swiping them from houses and taking them to scrap yards
for a quick buck.
thefts are occurring in the Crossgates neighborhood, near Glendale.
