PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Divers have recovered the body of a 42-year-old Glendale man who went missing while tubing on a Valley river Thursday afternoon, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office.

Fitzroy Campbell was last seen tubing on the Lower Salt River with his wife and friends about 2:15 p.m., according to the sheriff's office.

Mounted posse, search and rescue personnel, a dive team and air support were looking for Campbell Friday morning and his body was recovered about 12 p.m. Friday in 8 to 12 feet of water.

MCSO said it does not suspect foul play and does not believe alcohol was a factor.

A medical examiner is determining the cause of death.
