Three people were forced to jump out of a second-floor window after a fire at a home in Watertown on Tuesday morning.
Three unidentified adults were at a home on Park Road around 10:45 a.m. when they told authorities they heard an explosion.
The residence became engulfed in flames and they could not get out of the home,so they decided to jump.
Two of the people were injured from the jump and taken to a nearby hospital with possibly broken bones.
The fire was under control by just before 11 a.m., however the home was destroyed, according to fire officials.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Watertown fire marshal, but propane was seen leaking outside of the back of the home.
Authorities said Tuesday's fire is the third fire at the residence.
Heat was an issue for firefighters while battling the blaze. No firefighters were reported injured, authorities said.
