Recipe of the Week: Viewer's No Bake PB Bars

No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup + 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1& 1/2 cups milk choc chips.

 

Directions:

  1. Medium bowl combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and 1 cup of peanut butter until blended.
  2. Press evenly into 9x13 pan. Melt choc chips with 4 tbsp. peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Spread over peanut butter layer, refrigerate one hour.
