NORTH BERGEN, NJ (WABC/CNN) – The sister of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects faces charges after police say she made a bomb threat.

Police say 24-year-old Ailina Tsarnaev made the treat over the phone while talking to her boyfriend's ex.

The woman, who has a child with Tsarnaev's boyfriend, notified the police.

Tsarnaev's brother, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, faces charges in the 2013 bombing at the Boston Marathon, which killed three people and injured more than 260.

Her other brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, was killed in a shootout with police.
