PHOENIX (CBS5) -

She's nicknamed the "serial stowaway."

Marilyn Hartman has tried to fly commercial airplanes without a ticket several times, actually boarding a plane at least once in California.

After being arrested at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport earlier this week, CBS 5 News asked her, "Why?"

"My question is why has the government allowed me to get past security points?" Hartman said.

She offered no explanation and instead talked about conspiracy theories and a whistleblower incident she was allegedly involved in.

"My life was never the same, I'm saying that the FBI put the pressure on year after year because I was a whistleblower."

Hartman was arrested at Sky Harbor for trespassing this week.

She had previously been removed and banned from the airport after trying to get into a secure area.
