A real estate research group says single-family home sales in Connecticut increased slightly in November.

The Warren Group said Tuesday that 2,036 homes sold in Connecticut, up 0.4 percent. It was the third consecutive month of sales increases.

Year-to-date sales were down by 0.5 percent, with 23,598 sales compared with 23,707 during the same period a year ago.

The median price of a single-family home fell 1.6 percent, to $238,100 in November, from $242,000 a year earlier.

Timothy M. Warren Jr., chief executive of The Warren Group, says the Connecticut market for single-family homes is steady, but shows virtually no growth from 2013.

Condominium sales statewide posted a 6.3 percent increase in November, rising to 558 condos sold, from 525 the same time a year ago.
