BRIDGEPORT, CT (WFSB) -

Police in Bridgeport are investigating a shooting at a city-owned housing complex.

According to police, officers were called to the Trumbull Gardens apartment complex around midnight after 26-year-old Courtney Frasier was shot. Police said Frasier was struck five to six times and transported to St. Vincent's Hospital.

Police said he's in stable condition.

One weapon was recovered at the scene.

The parking lot of the complex was roped off by investigators.

Officers said they were in the area at the time and heard the gunshots. They believe they are looking for two suspects.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Bridgeport Police Department at 203-581-5100.

In June, police were called to the same complex after nine people were shot and one man was killed.
