New London Police have arrested two homeless people for making drugs out of their mobile home.

Authorities arrested 35-year-old Francisco Rolon and 30-year-old Alexandria Moya at the mobile home on Thursday morning.

The RV was illegally parked on a railroad property; covered with brush and a camouflage tarp, police said.

The pair was found with two firearms, twelve grams of heroin, sixty-two packages of heroin and material to make heroin, police said.

Rolon and Moya were arrested with a slew of drug related charges, including operating a drug factory and criminal possession of a firearm.
