HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) -

Police are trying to locate a missing 2-year-old from East Hartford believed to be with his mother.

Jaciah Forde was last seen on Aug. 4 when he was picked up from the CRT School on Locus Street in Hartford by his mother, Corinth Pickens.

Pickens is being described as 5'6" and weighs 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Police said she has tattoo of butterflies on her chest to left shoulder; lip ring on both sides of lower lip. There was no clothing description for her.

Jaciah is being described as 3'0" and weighs 35 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Police said he was wearing a grey t-shirt, blue jean shorts, and red and black Jordan’s. He has a small scar on bridge of nose, & a full set of teeth.
