A man faces charges for stealing scrap metal from a business in Glastonbury.
Police were called and said they found the suspect, David DiValentino on the property Sunday while the unidentified business was closed.
DiValentino had stolen items in his possession, according to police.
He was taken into custody and charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal trespass, operating an unregistered vehicle, operating an unregistered vehicle without a license and misuse of a marker plate.
He faced a judge on Monday in Manchester.
