PD: Man shot twice in Bridgeport

BRIDGEPORT, CT (WFSB) -

Police are asking for the public’s help locating the person or people responsible for the shooting of a 31-year-old man in Bridgeport on Tuesday night.

The shooting was reported in the area of Norman and Hanover streets around 10:30 p.m.

Upon arrival, police said they found an unidentified man “suffering from two non-fatal gunshot wounds to the right forearm and the right calf.”

The man was rushed to Bridgeport Hospital where police said he is in “stable condition.”

No arrests have been made in the shooting. Anyone with any information about it is asked to call the Bridgeport Police Department at 203-581-5201.
