PD: Man allegedly implied he wanted to kill Hartford mayor

HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) -

Hartford police arrested a man Thursday morning at city hall for “actions that were threatening and disruptive.”

Police said the man, identified as 55-year-old Anthony Halloway, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Halloway allegedly made a statement where he implied he wanted to kill Hartford Mayor Pedro Segarra.

Police said he was arrested without incident.
