A consulting group presented a proposal on Thursday for a soccer stadium in Hartford.
Black Diamond Consulting unveiled renderings for the 15,000 seat stadium during a meeting at the Council Chambers in City Hall.
In addition to the extra seating, the new stadium would have 25 executive suites, four locker rooms and a training facility and four concourse areas.
The meeting was with the City Council Operations, Management, Budget & Legislative Affairs Committee.
The stadium would be built on the site of the old Dillon Stadium on the south end of Colt Park. The stadium was built in 1935, according to Hartford.gov.
The venue's current capacity is 9,600.
