Police in Manchester said they arrested a man responsible for robbing a bank on Tuesday.
Brian Richloff, 35, is accused of walking into the First Niagara bank on West Middle Turnpike around 2:30 p.m. and handing the teller a note.
The note demanded money. However, Richloff fled without any.
Police said a parole officer recognized him from bank surveillance video.
He was located on Westland Street in Hartford and taken into custody without incident.
Police said they charged him with criminal attempt at third-degree robbery and criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny.
He was held on a $100,000 bond and scheduled to face a judge on Wednesday.
