Police search for woman accused of stealing clothing from Clinton Crossing Outlets

CLINTON, CT (WFSB) -

Police released a surveillance photo of a woman accused of shoplifting from Clinton Crossing Outlets this weekend.

An unidentified woman was reportedly seen stealing clothing from one of the outlet stores around 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 24.

 Police tried to stop the woman’s vehicle on the northbound side of Interstate 95.  A short police pursuit, officers stopped the chase just south of exit 59 because of the “suspect’s erratic operation.” 

The suspect was driving the crime scene in a 2000 silver Honda Odyssey with the Connecticut license plate 7AEUJ3. It was registered out of New Haven, according to police.

Police described the suspect as 5’9” and weighs 200 to 30 pounds with long light and dark braided hair. She was wearing plaid type button up shirt, light jeans and knee high light brown boots.
