All weekend long make it feel like the holidays with Irving Berlin's "White Christmas." It will be playing at the Palace Theater in Waterbury. From Friday through Sunday. This holiday season discover the perfect gift for everyone on your list. Start with a timeless tale of joy and goodwill, fill it with classic Irving Berlin songs, top it off with glorious dancing and lots of snow and head on over to the Palace Theater for Irving Berlin's White Christmas. Help The Greater New Haven Cat Project and attend the 13th annual Feral Feline Festival. Saturday, November 7th from 7 p.m. to Midnight at the Annex YMA Club. All funds will go to their ongoing efforts to alleviate the needless suffering of feral, stray and abandoned cats through spaying/neutering and public education. The Greater New Haven Cat Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization comprised solely of volunteers. 

It’s a Denim & Diamonds benefit for St Bridgette School in Manchester. Join in support of Saint Bridget School's Biggest Annual Fundraiser, offering many exciting silent and live auction items, a full buffet dinner and cash bar serving beer and wine. It’s happening Saturday, November 7th from 6 to 10 p.m. at the St. Bridget School Gymnasium in Manchester.

It's a dog wash on Sunday. Come pamper your pooch at Pet Valu in West Hartford on November 8th from 11 a.m. to 3p.m. All of the proceeds go to Kenway's Cause Animal Rescue.

Don't miss the 16th Annual Connecticut Veterans Parade, Hartford on Sunday. One of the largest in the United States, this colorful parade honors the dedication and sacrifices of service men and women from all United States' conflicts, and offers the state's residents the opportunity to express their thanks. Special feature includes a tolling of church bells and Moment of Silence. And for the first time ever there will be a military fly over!
