Ansonia man served five warrants related to summer burglaries

ANSONIA, CT (WFSB) -

A man accused of burglarizing a the Hilltop neighborhood in Ansonia over the summer was served with five arrest warrants on Tuesday.

Police said 21-year-old Davon Miller was processed and arraigned in Milford Superior Court the same day.

They said the arrests stemmed from burglary cases that were reported on Reservoir Drive, Farrell Drive, Highland Avenue and Birchwood Drive. The crimes happened in August during the overnight hours.

Police said Miller took laptops, tablets, a cell phone, a GPS unit and loose change. Some of the items were recovered.

He was charged with multiple counts of first-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny and fourth-degree larceny.

Investigators said Miller is also accused of related crimes in Derby.
