MIDDLETOWN, CT (WFSB) -

The public's help is being sought to locate a missing man from Middletown.

Police said 43-year-old Charles David Carr was last seen on Nov. 25 around 10 p.m. at his home.

His family indicated that he suffered from bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia.

Police described him as having short hair and a beard. He stands about 6'3" tall, weighs about 260 pounds and has scars on his right arm.

They did not have a clothing description.

Carr does not have access to a vehicle and his Connecticut driver's license is suspended.

Police said he has ties to Bridgeport.
