NEW HAVEN, CT (WFSB) -

An internal investigation into the Yale fraternity accused of turning away black students from its party recently has turned up empty handed.

In a statement released by the dean, the university said that they have found no evidence of discrimination by the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.

The organization came under fire after allegations that it turned away a group from a party saying the gathering was for “white girls only.”

Students marched in protest against the fraternity, claiming the group was being racist.
