New Britain police are attempting to figure out where a man was when he was shot sometime early Saturday morning.
Police said the man was dropped off just before 2 a.m. at the Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain by a friend and was suffering from a single gunshot wound to the leg.
The man, only identified as a non-New Britain resident, was treated for his non-life threatening injury and released.
Police said they have not been able to determine where the man was when he was shot or other circumstances surrounding the incident at this time.
Anyone who may have details is asked to contact the New Britain Police Department at 860-826-3000 or 860-826-3199 or you can leave a tip on their website as well.
