SOMERS, CT (WFSB) -

A serial burglar who called himself the "Hall Hill Bandit" and an accomplice were arrested, according to state police.

Troopers said Brett Vincent, 20, of Enfield and 19-year-old Lauren Norris face charges.

Beginning in August, neighbors in Somers reported overnight vehicle, garage and home break-ins.

The burglaries continued into the fall.

Troopers said they increased patrols.

As a result, they said they interrupted a burglary on Oct. 29 and caught a suspect with the help of a K9 unit.

After interviewing the suspect and learning of new evidence, arrest warrants were prepared.

Nine warrants in total were approved and served to Vincent on Monday.

Norris was arrested the day before for her involvement.

Vincent was charged with burglary, larceny, theft of a firearm and breach of peace charges.

His bond was set at $115,000. He also faced a judge on Monday.

Norris was charged with trespass and criminal attempt to commit fifth-degree larceny. Her bond was $50,000 and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 4, 2016.
