Chef Danny Fortin joins us today from @ the barn in Granby with a special Valentine's Day dish, a lobster ravioli! The restaurant is an American Contemporary steakhouse and wine bar. They serve lunch, brunch, and dinner. Today Chef Danny prepared some delicious lobster raviolis.
To make raviolis:
Make the pasta with flour, eggs, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Boil lobster and let it cool.
Take out the meat from lobster and chop it up mixing it with ricotta cheese, parsley, lemon and pepper.
Roll the mixture into small balls and fold them inside the pasta and boil.
Pair this dish with a pomegranate martini with pomegranates on the bottom!
