With mail orders of everything from dinners to dog toys taking off, some of them are actually good deals.

Eyewitness News did some price-checking.

Kiwi Crate and Tinker Crate deliver crafty projects right to the customer’s house. They come complete with all kinds of hands-on ideas that inspire children to think outside of the box.

Basically, the customer gets everything needed to build some pretty cool things to inspire children to be scientists or artists.

Prices start at $19.95 a month or $16.95 a month for a 12 month subscription.

Here's more from Kiwi Crate.

It’s not just for cooped up kids.

There’s designer doggie bags known as Bark Box.

It’s a home delivery service where customers can selected a dog size and pick a plan. It even comes with monthly themes, like Chinese New Year.

Check out Bark Box here.

There’s also fresh razor blades thanks to the Dollar Shave Club.

It’s $2 a month with shipping or $6 or $9, depending on the types of blades and the package that’s picked. However, it’s a lot cheaper than disposables.

It also has shaving supplies and hair products that can easily be added to orders.

The Dollar Shave Club can be found here.

Hello Fresh has also become popular. It’s basically dinner in a box.

Customers can pick classic, veggie or family boxes that come with every single ingredient needed to make a meal.

While reviewers called it delicious, convenience comes at a cost.

The prices vary, but a classic box with three meals for four people runs $129 a week.

Information about Hello Fresh can be found here.
