Cold weather problems are still lingering, and many people around the state are cleaning up water damage, like the Berlin Peck Memorial Library.
The library is closed after a pipe in the ceiling burst early Tuesday morning, soaking parts of the first floor.
The library lost about 800 children’s books valued at nearly $15,000.
The library hopes to be back open on Thursday, but the children’s section will be closed until at least next week.
