A pickup truck crashed into a building in Cromwell on Wednesday afternoon.
The crash was reported on Route 372, which is also known as Berlin Road, around 2:30 p.m. Police said a second vehicle was involved in the crash.
According to police, both vehicles were traveling east on Route 372 when a vehicle driven by Livingston Loney tried to make a right turn from the left travel lane, into a private driveway.
A car in the right lane tried to avoid Loney's car, but a collision happened.
Loney's car ended up partially in an abandoned building. Minor injuries were reported.
The building was inspected and it was determined there was no structural damage.
Loney, 53 of Bloomfield, was charged with operating under suspension, failure to maintain proper lane, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
The crash caused minor traffic delays.
